We are extremely happy and overjoyed to share with all of you that we have achieved the mark of 1000 community members for our ASTPP open source community. It is one of the major milestones for any open source community and we are glad about the help and support of all of you, this could have happened. Hitting the mark of ONE THOUSAND active members is definitely a cause for a toast and celebration.
On this occasion, we would love to appreciate the hard work of all of you and show our gratitude to be part of this community directly or indirectly. Many of you must have directly contributed to the betterment of this open source VoIP solution and made it the #1 open source Class 4/5 Softswitch based on FreeSWITCH. Without you all, it would have not been possible to make it the #1 open source VoIP platform from an open source VoIP billing solution. Over the years, we all worked together and put our sweat, blood, and dedication to making this product bigger, better, smarter, securer, and more robust to benefit businesses that use it by leveraging the power of innovative and scalable VoIP development technologies like FreeSWITCH and OpenSIPs.
Some of you must have helped other ASTPP users to make the best use of this powerful platform and its features with your technical expertise. Some of you must have contributed with resources like servers, CC routes, and more. Some of you must have tested the beta versions of early releases of ASTPP.

On this occasion, we want to make some major announcements, which will increase the excitement and gusto of the celebration.
New version release coming soon
We are so thrilled to share that we are coming up with ASTPP Version 7 for both community and enterprise users of this smart telephony platform. It will have such fascinating exciting features and enhancements that it will leave you awestruck.
The work on Version 7.0 has already started and we have set our timers to launch it in the Third Quarter of 2023. Are you all ready for the big news?
Exciting awards for active contributors to the community
We are also willing to award ASTPP contributors in 2023 with exciting awards and certifications for their contributions. We have defined four major categories to award ASTPP community users who actively or majorly contribute to various activities.
Best Forum Contributor
We have a community forum here. It is free to sign up if you have not signed up yet. Community members interact with each other here by asking and resolving each others’ queries or in multiple other ways. We will award the most proactive contributor to the community forum.
Best Code Contributor
As you all know, ASTPP has an open source version and we accept code and technical contributions from community members. We are going to award the most proactive and/or the best contributor to the code. We are going to launch ASTPP Version 7.0 in the third quarter of 2023 and this is the right time to be part of this big day with your contribution and get awarded for the same.
Best Video Contributor
ASTPP also releases video tutorials, video guides, and more for its community and users. We are going to reward the best contributor of the year.
Best Social Media Contributor
We have social media handles of ASTPP and we are also all set to award the best social media contributor contributing to our social platforms.
