We would like to announce that we have postponed our participation to Call and Contact Centre Expo as the Expo itself is postponed.
As per the recent announcement made by the official team of Call and Contact Centre Expo 2020, this expo is now postponed to 15 and 16 September 2020 at the same venue. Earlier, the expo was scheduled on 18 and 19 March 2020. However, due to increasing cases of COVID 19, the expo is postponed as the mass gathering is prohibited in the United Kingdom. The expo was expecting more than five thousand visitors. Thus, by keeping the safety of everyone in mind, the expo is postponed for six months.
To exhibit ASTPP 4 and its facets, we had booked a stand, booth number 1961 at this expo. We also had sent and received personal meeting invitations. We had arranged a meeting with our existing users, customers, and community members in London. We had also scheduled meetings with some of the prospective customers who have shown interest in ASTPP 4 and its offerings. Our community leaders have arranged multiple meetings with the customers and prospects in London and that is why they were supposed to be there from 16th March to 22nd March 2020 to discuss possible business opportunities. However, due to the increasing risk of Coronavirus and its effects, our community leaders have cancelled this business tour to London.
The community leaders have announced that they will make up by taking calls and online meetings with the prospects and customers. They will give a demo to all prospects that have shown interest in this smart VoIP solution and its different offerings. The community leader will assign the business developers of ASTPP to provide personalized support to the prospects by scheduling and taking calls as well as by arranging an online demo of their preferred offering.
“We have received multiple meeting invites. Due to government restrictions as well as by keeping the health of everyone in mind, we have cancelled the trip to London. Of course, we will participate in the Call and Contact Centre Expo, which will not take place in September 2020. However, it will be too long time gap and we cannot keep our customers and prospects waiting till then. In fact, by then a lot will be added and enhanced in the ASTPP. Thus, we are going to take calls to have a detailed discussion about various offerings and partnership programs, people are interested in. We are also going to arrange a demo of the latest version of ASTPP 4 for our prospects as well as we will show features of our premium solutions.
