The community is working proactively on this smart VoIP software to increase its performance, offerings, and benefits. The community has introduced an add-on concept which will make it easier to add additional functionalities in this VoIP solution without disturbing or disrupting its core code and features.
By continuing this tradition, the community leaders have announced the launch of two new updates in this system. Read on to know more about it:
Multilingual Add-on updated
The community of ASTPP 4 had launched the multilingual add-on a few months back. It used to support 5 languages when originally launched in addition to English as a default language. Recently, the leader of the community has announced the launch of this add-on with more languages. The new version of this add-on is launched. Thus now, this add-on supports a total of 11 languages as listed below:
- English
- Spanish
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Russian
- French
- Chinese
- Germany
- Greek
- Italian
- Japanese
- Romanian
Now, this smart telephony software is available in all the above mentioned languages. One can use it in any of them or in all of them. To make these languages available to the resellers and customers, the admin needs to install this add-on in the system.
It is a community add-on and that is why it is available to both, open source and enterprise ASTPP users.
WHMCS Add-on Launched
The ASTPP developers of this smart VoIP software have built WHMCS add-on. It makes integration of business with this solution easier. All tasks like account management related operations are easier. Also, the task related to suspending a customer or revoking the suspension of the customer can be performed via a GUI based interface provided by this add-on. It also supports multiple payment gateways, unlike the core ASTPP open source that only supports PayPal as a payment gateway.
This is an enterprise add-on and that is why it is available for enterprise version users only. It can be used by both, ASTPP Managed Services and ASTPP Self Hosting users.
